Join our in-person 6-week program to launch your career in the healthcare sector as a Caregiving Assistant.
Caregiving Assistants are healthcare personnel who support patients (usually the elderly) with daily tasks such as hygiene, grooming, nutrition, physical movement, and whatever the patient’s baseline requirements are for continuous care. Additionally, but equally as important, Caregiving Assistants also provide company and encouragement to patients to improve their overall welfare.
In this program, you will undergo a rigorous four weeks of classroom-based training followed by two weeks of on-the-job training (OJT) at a healthcare facility. This bootcamp-style program includes a curriculum that combines technical skills training with mentoring and soft skills (behavioral, mindsets and communication).
Make your way to the center, where you will be asked to complete your application for the Program. You will need to bring your original CNIC, degree and transcript. 😊
You will be asked to attempt a test to assess your basic numeracy and literacy skills. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have any existing knowledge or experience to be able to complete it.
We'll meet to go over the program requirements and program benefits and get to know more about you and your goals
To make a better decision, we let you shadow existing Caregiving Assistants for a day!
